What does Shinydocs do?
Founded in 2014, we leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to help companies organize their documents by finding unstructured information wherever it exists and eliminating redundant, obsolete, and trivial files. Shinydocs searches, organizes, and understands unstructured data at scale, providing actionable security, compliance, and business operations insights. We’re partnering with some of the largest technology companies in the world to revolutionize how they handle information.
How will I make an impact?
As a Senior Technical Support Specialist reporting to the VP of Customer Operations and working on a team of 6, you will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing success and support of Shinydocs within specific customers environments.
Within your first 30 days, you will learn why Shinydocs is valuable to our customers and learn about the Shinydocs product suite, shadowing with current team members to gain valuable experience on how Shinydocs works for our customers.
What are the requirements?
- Experience providing technical expertise in customer implementation projects, with working knowledge of database, operating systems and elastic search.
- Writing and maintaining cos (json, powershell, HTML) and monitoring performance of product within customers environment.
- Gathering information and requirements from customers and translate into technical solutions or stories for R&D
- Familiarity with ECMs like OpenText, SharePoint, FileNet, etc. would be awesome
- Not specific to this role, but helpful to the role Superior Communication, ability to address and resolve customer business challenges, ability to learn new software/technology and agile project delivery.

Until then, you have to be very comfortable with lack of structure, understand that you won’t have time to do everything, and know how to prioritize tasks on your own. Don’t be surprised if priorities change.
