Shelly Smith brings over 18 years of records management and information governance experience to her role as Records and Information Management Coordinator for the Public Works Department of the City of Winnipeg. She is also an active ARMA Winnipeg Chapter member and sits on the ARMA Canada Region board as Program Director.
