Working at Shinydocs
Shinydocs is committed to provide a barrier-free and inclusive work environment where everyone belongs. We want our team to be able to do their best work, be their whole selves and experience their full potential. We are an equal opportunity employer. All employment decisions are based on business and job requirements, and individual qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion or belief, national or ethnic origin, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, marital or civil status, political affiliation, family or parental status, or any other status protected by the laws or regulations in the jurisdictions in which we operate.
If you require support and/or accommodation during any phase of our hiring process, please connect with our People Experience Team at px@shinydocs.com. We’ll work to learn more about your needs to provide you the best experience possible. Please know that all information received in relation to accommodation will be kept confidential.
Not sure if you have enough or the right experience for one of our open positions? Apply anyways. Only 1% of candidates will ever meet every single requirement on most job postings. It’s not a big deal if you don’t meet all our requirements. Diversity of our talent’s backgrounds, skills, experiences and education is what makes us stronger. If you are passionate about what you do, are a great colleague, interested in learning, and willing to work hard, we want to hear from you.
We invite feedback on our candidate experience and how our services are delivered to people with disabilities. Please contact our People Experience team by email at px@shinydocs.com. We will acknowledge your feedback directly as well as communicate any resulting actions.

This plan highlights some of the steps Shinydocs is taking to meet those requirements.

We will continue to create opportunities for an open environment where new and existing team members can easily report any accessibility barriers and accommodation throughout their experience at Shinydocs.
